Job Description

Are you looking for a new warehouse Team Leader role in Leicester?

We are looking for someone to lead a team of Assembly Operatives for a manufacturing company in Leicester. Your main duties will include overseeing the daily manufacturing operation and supporting your team where necessary, operating the machinery and assembling the items, and maintaining a safe, clean, and smoothly ran workplace.

You will be required to contribute to the wider warehouse duties such as picking, labelling and loading/unloading and you will be responsible for following and reporting health & safety requirments.

Duration: This is a T2P role for the right candidate.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £14.05 an hour for this role.Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days per year pro rata.We do not accept visa sponsorships.

Working Hours: You will be working a 4 on/4 off shift rotation with working hours of 06:00 to 18:00.

Experience & Qualifications

• You must have experience in a manufacturing or production role
• GCSE-level education or equivalent, strong spoken and written English and basic IT skills
• Team leader experience would be a big advantage
• Good organisation, attention to detail and problem solving
• You must be able to handle competing tasks while keeping yourself and team running smoothly
• Reliable, positive minded, and committed team player.
