Job summary

QS Recruitment is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the Assembly Operation and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department. You will lead a team, assist with machine operating, support the wider warehouse, train staff and maintain health and safety standards.

The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and reliable, with manufacturing experience and GCSE level education. This temporary contract offers 6:00–18:00 shifts on a 4 on/4 off basis, £14.05 per hour, and no visa

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production role.
• GCSE-level education or equivalent with strong English and basic IT skills.
• Team leader experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Assembly Operation and daily department workflow.
• Lead and support the assembly and machine operating tasks.

CALLING ALL MANUFACTURING OPERATIVES WITH TEAM LEADER EXPERIENCE. WE HAVE THE ROLE FOR YOU!

We are currently searching for a Team Leader to oversee the Assembly Operation and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

You will be a dependable team leader whilst getting involved in the assembly and machine operating. You will be able to balance supporting your team alongside completing your daily tasks such as supporting the wider warehouse operation, training team members and maintaining health & safety standards.

The right candidate will be organised, positive minded and proactive to be successful in this role.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: You will be paid £14.05 an hour for this role.Holiday will be accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.We do not accept visa sponsorships.

Working Hours: 06:00 to 18:00 working hours on a 4 on/4 off basis.

Experience & Qualifications

Requirments:

• – You must have experience in a manufacturing or production role
