Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group in Berinsfield is seeking a reliable Sub-Assembly Operative to join our busy manufacturing team. You will manufacture, assemble, test and inspect sub-assemblies, ensuring quality standards and production schedules are met.

The role requires a good eye for detail, ability to follow instructions, and a hands-on, collaborative approach. Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:00pm with permanent role and no weekend work.

Sub-Assembly Operative

Location:Berinsfield
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Sub-Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Berinsfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a practical, hands-on approach who takes pride in their work and has a good eye for detail.

The Role

As a Sub-Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for the manufacture, assembly, testing and inspection of sub-assemblies, ensuring that all work is completed to the required quality standards and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and manufacture sub-assemblies in line with production requirements.

• Carry out testing and inspection to ensure quality standards are met.

• Follow work instructions, procedures and production schedules.

• Use workshop hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.

• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised workstation.

• Follow all health and safety procedures.

• Support other areas of the manufacturing process when required.
