INDMAN in Maidenhead is seeking an experienced Assembler to join a busy manufacturing team. You will assemble sub-assemblies and finished products from engineering drawings, using a range of hand tools and workshop equipment.

This hands-on role rewards accuracy, quality and pride in delivering high‑quality products. The successful candidate will read and interpret technical drawings, follow work instructions and maintain a tidy, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Experience in assembly, manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience using hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Strong practical skills and good manual dexterity.
• Experience working within a workshop or production setting.

Responsibilities

• Assemble sub-assemblies and finished products in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Use a variety of hand tools and workshop equipment to complete assemblies.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and assembly documentation.
• Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards.
• Identify faults and defects, reporting issues and completing rework when required.
• Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised working environment.

Job Title: Assembler
Location: Maidenhead
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday (Early Finish Every Friday)

We are currently recruiting for an Assembler to join a growing manufacturing business in Maidenhead. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with assembly or production experience who enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in building high-quality products.
