Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a reliable Sub-Assembly Operative in Berinsfield to join a busy manufacturing team. You will manufacture, assemble, test and inspect sub-assemblies, ensuring quality and timeliness in line with production schedules.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm, with a permanent, full-time role in a manufacturing environment. A hands-on approach, good eye for detail and the ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team are essential.

• Experience reading technical drawings or following detailed work instructions.
• Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture sub-assemblies to production requirements.

• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised workstation.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Support other areas of the manufacturing process when required.

Sub-Assembly Operative

Interaction Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Sub-Assembly Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Berinsfield.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a practical, hands-on approach who takes pride in their work and has a good eye for detail.

The Role

As a Sub-Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for the manufacture, assembly, testing and inspection of sub-assemblies, ensuring that all work is completed to the required quality standards and production schedules.

• Assemble and manufacture sub-assemblies in line with production requirements.
• Carry out testing and inspection to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow work instructions, procedures and production schedules.
• Use workshop hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
