Job summary

Twynham Learning is seeking a proactive Cover Supervisor to supervise and support students during short-term or unforeseen absences, ensuring a constructive learning environment across Twynham School and The Grange School. You will contribute to centralised detentions and work with teaching staff to maintain high standards of behaviour.

The role requires a passion for education, a minimum of five GCSEs including English and Maths, and a degree-level qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 A*-C GCSEs including English and Maths
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent
• Experience in education or working with children preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support students during short-term or unforeseen absences
• Administer and supervise centralised detentions
• Register attendance and manage behaviour to maintain constructive learning environment
• Respond to questions and support students with resources
• Handle immediate problems or emergencies per school policies
