A degree is essential and at least 6 months' school experience is required; strong behaviour management and reliability are key. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, maintaining a positive and focused learning environment
• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEND needs where required
• Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff
• Adapt quickly to different school environments and year groups
• Support learning continuity during staff absence
