Titanic Hotel Belfast is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef in running the hotel’s kitchens. The role focuses on profit management, stock control, hygiene, organization, and maintaining food standards and presentation.

You will contribute to continuous guidance, training, and development of the culinary brigade, ensuring the team delivers consistent quality and portion control in a luxury 119-bedroom setting in Belfast.

Formación

• Right to work in the UK.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the kitchen on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that the correct standards are in place and, if not, to redirect and control.
• Assist the Executive Chef and Senior Sous Chef with month-end food stocktaking.
• Ensure that the department complies fully with Titanic Hotel F&B audit standards and revenue capture and maintain high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
