Job summary

This role involves working with site teams, subcontractors, and clients to uphold safety standards, manage costs, and report progress to stakeholders. Experience in construction environments is essential.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification is required.
• CSCS card (Gold or Black) is required.
• First Aid certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations on construction sites, ensuring activities follow the schedule.
• Oversee construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment and subcontractors, while monitoring budgets to prevent overspending.
• Maintain records of progress, costs and issues, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between clients, architects and engineers, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
