Job summary

Fawkes & Reece London is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager to support a residential housing development in Sleaford. You will report to the Site Manager and help deliver high-quality homes on programme, coordinating with subcontractors and the site team to maintain safety and standards.

The role requires experience in residential construction, strong communication and organisational skills, and a proactive safety focus to ensure build quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a residential housebuilding environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work well within a site team and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of build quality and health & safety standards.
• Commitment to high safety standards on site.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day site operations.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure plans, specs and build standards are met.
• Carry out regular site inspections for quality, safety and progress.
• Assist with materials coordination, ordering and delivery.
• Support handover and completion of new homes.
