Job summary

Fawkes & Reece are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join a residential housing development in the United Kingdom. You will report to the Site Manager, supervising day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining safety and quality standards to deliver new homes on programme.

The ideal candidate will have prior residential experience and hold SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS cards, with the ability to communicate effectively with trades and stakeholders to drive timely

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Site Manager in residential housing.
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS Card required.
• Strong safety, quality, and build standards knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure plans, specs and build standards are met.
• Conduct site inspections for quality, safety and progress.
• Coordinate materials delivery and keep the site tidy and safe.
• Support handover and completion of new homes.
• Promote health and safety and run toolbox talks.
• Prepare site reports and documentation for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with trades to keep works on programme.
