Job summary

Fawkes & Reece in the Swindon area is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead daily site operations, ensuring safety and high standards for customers and visitors. You will coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, track progress, and manage materials in line with the construction programme.

Candidates should have solid site management experience on new build and refurbishment schemes, and be familiar with RAMS, quality plans, and regulatory compliance within large-scale projects

Qualifications

• ONC/HNC or equivalent with progression to site management.
• Degree or MCIOB membership desirable but not essential.
• Broad understanding of traditional construction.

Responsibilities

• Examines construction information for accuracy and liaises with consultants/sub-contractors.
• Updates and tracks progress weekly using ASTA.
• Produces short-term programmes related to the main construction programme.
