Job summary

West London Mind is seeking a qualified EMHP or CWP to join our team and extend clinical skills through senior practitioner training. The post holder will manage their own caseload and supervise CWPs/EMHPs for low-intensity interventions after training.

The role focuses on working with diverse young people in education settings, with commitment to access to services for all and starting by January 2027. Training commences 29th, with a two-year fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

  • Over two years of clinical supervised practice with children and families.
  • Knowledge of education, health, social and voluntary sector systems in England.
  • UK registration and ongoing professional development in child and adolescent mental health.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based interventions to children and young people in education settings.
  • Provide supervision to CWPs/EMHPs from year two of the programme.
  • Liaise with practice leads to support governance, risk and safety protocols.
  • Develop psychoeducational workshops and groups for young people and families.
  • Engage in service evaluation and data reporting to monitor outcomes.
  • Work to promote equality, diversity and rights and participate in supervision.
  • Ensure on-site presence and adherence to safeguarding and training requirements.
