Job summary

Bromsgrove-based Wellbeing & Emotional Support Teams (WEST) seek an EMHP/CWP to join a growing team delivering evidence-based, low-intensity CBT for children and young people in schools. You'll contribute to service development, participate in safeguarding supervision, and engage with schools to embed mental health support within education settings.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with children and young people and families.
• Current registration with a relevant body (BABCP/BPS).
• Ability to liaise with schools and partner agencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver low-intensity CBT interventions to CYP in schools.
• Work individually and in groups within educational settings.
• Contribute to Whole School Approach initiatives and community events.
• Maintain clinical documentation and care planning with supervision.
