Job summary

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in Greenwich is offering a SWP Trainee role within the CYP-PT programme. This training post is for qualified CWPs and EMHPs who want to extend their clinical skills and gain supervisor training for low‑intensity interventions, while continuing to work with children and families.

You will work on site, manage a caseload, contribute to psychoeducational workshops, and collaborate with Practice Leads to support governance, data protection and best practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified practitioner on the CYP-PT programme
• Continuing professional development in child and adolescent mental health
• Experience in delivering CBT-informed guided self-help is desirable or required

Responsibilities

• Fulfil the course requirement and attend governance trainings
• Work within Clinical Governance, Confidentiality, Data Protection and Health & Safety frameworks
• Inform supervisor/line manager of university absence and stay on-site on non-university days
• Deliver psychoeducational workshops, groups and whole school approach interventions
