North London NHS Foundation Trust in London is recruiting Education and Mental Health Practitioners (EMHPs) or Children’s Wellbeing Practitioners (CWPs) to join a growing team within schools. The post holder will deliver evidence-based 1:1 and group interventions for children and adolescents with mild to moderate mental health difficulties, using CYP-IAPT principles.

• Qualified in CYP mental health with EMHP/CWPs credentials.
• Experience delivering CBT-based interventions for CYP.
• Ability to assess risk and manage caseloads.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to assessment and deliver outcome-focused interventions.
• Work with schools, CAMHS and families to develop plans.
• Provide training and support to CWPs/EMHPs as needed.
• Maintain coherent records and use data for decision making.
• Ensure equitable, non-discriminatory service delivery.
