Job summary

Hammersmith & Fulham, Ealing & Hounslow Mind is recruiting an Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) or Children’s Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP) to support children and young people in education settings. The role involves delivering evidence-based, time-limited interventions, including CBT-based approaches, to 5–25-year-olds with mild to moderate mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Hold a current, accredited qualification (EMHP or CWP) to deliver evidence-based mental health interventions for children and young people.
• Experience delivering interventions for CYP 5-25 with mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and with schools to support young people’s mental health.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, low intensity 1:1 and group interventions for CYP aged 5-25 with mild/moderate emotional and mental health difficulties.
• Attend and participate in MDT meetings and plan with the supervisor to meet targets and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to CYP IAPTUS data entries and service reports.
