The Forge Restaurant in Chester is seeking an ambitious Sous Chef to join a fast-paced, luxury kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef to supervise the brigade, uphold the highest standards of plating and food hygiene, and lead by example in a busy dining environment.

You should have a passion for using local ingredients, a track record of menu development, and a drive to develop your team toward Head Chef roles.

Qualifications
