Job summary

ABode Chester is seeking a Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team in the heart of Chester. You will work alongside the Head Chef to craft exciting dishes, manage service and maintain high standards across all sections of the kitchen.

Qualifications

• Good knife skills with the ability to prepare high-quality dishes.

• Willingness to train junior chefs and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in running a busy kitchen.
• Create exciting and delicious dishes for guests.
• Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
• Write the allergen matrix to keep guests safe.
• Oversee ordering and stock control, including supplier interactions.
