ABode Chester is seeking a Sous Chef to work alongside the Head Chef in a busy, stylish kitchen. You will help create exciting dishes for our guests and ensure high standards of quality and safety.

• Ability to manage a busy kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
• Knowledge of allergen handling and safe food practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in running a busy kitchen and plan the menu.
• Prepare and present dishes to guest expectations and allergen controls.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock, label food correctly.
• Support junior chefs and share knowledge with the team.
• Write allergen matrices and assist with ordering via Procure Wizard.
