Job summary

Zizzi in Chatham is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the dining floor, support the General Manager, and drive exceptional hospitality during busy service. This hands-on leadership role balances a buzzing dine-in with strict food and service standards, offering a platform to progress toward general management.

Starting from £31,800 per annum + tron and benefits, you'll coach the FOH team, monitor performance, and help manage shifts, finances and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant Manager or similar in a high-volume hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to coach teams and maintain brand standards.
• Track record of delivering business growth and KPI results.

Responsibilities

• Step in as manager in the GM's absence, leading shifts and upholding brand values.
• Coach front-of-house staff to deliver standout, feel-good hospitality daily.
• Support team development with feedback and confidence building.
• Maintain restaurant curbs appeal, standards and safety.
• Collaborate with GM to monitor performance, financials and service metrics.
