Job summary

Zizzi Restaurants in the United Kingdom is recruiting an Assistant Manager for our busy Leamington Spa location. Starting from £31,800 per year plus tronc and benefits, you will lead the floor, manage shifts, and keep the team energized during peak periods.

Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll drive guest satisfaction, coach staff to deliver standout hospitality, monitor standards, and contribute to financials and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or Shift Leader in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Coaching teams to create unforgettable guest experiences.
• Maintain high brand standards.
• Deliver business growth and meet KPIs.
• Results-focused with interest in business results.

Responsibilities

• Step up as the manager in charge in the GM's absence, running seamless shifts and bringing our brand values to life.
• Lead front-of-house to deliver standout, feel-good hospitality every day.
• Provide coaching and feedback to build confidence and team spirit.
• Own the restaurant's curb appeal, maintain safety and standards.
• Collaborate with the GM to monitor performance, manage finances, and track service metrics.
