Job summary

Zizzi in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead floor operations, manage shifts and motivate the team during busy periods. You will partner with the General Manager to uphold food and service standards and prepare you for future general management responsibilities.

Qualifications

Experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar high-volume role.
Proven ability to coach teams and deliver great guest experiences.
Strong eye for detail and commitment to brand standards.

Responsibilities

Step up as the manager in charge in the GM's absence, running seamless shifts and bringing our brand values to life.
Lead front of house teams to deliver standout hospitality, training and guiding staff on customer service.
Provide constructive feedback, support development, and maintain team spirit.
Own the restaurant's curb appeal, standards, and safety practices.
Collaborate with the GM to monitor performance, manage financials, and track service metrics.
