Job summary

Zizzi is seeking an Assistant Manager in the United Kingdom to lead shifts, mentor front-of-house teams and uphold our brand standards. You will work closely with the General Manager to drive guest satisfaction and smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers hands-on leadership with a clear pathway to future general management, attractive benefits, and a starting salary from £31,800 per annum plus tronc.

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or Shift Leader in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Coaching teams to create unforgettable guest experiences.
• Obsessive about maintaining high brand standards.
• Experience delivering business growth and meeting KPIs.
• Results-focused mindset with keen interest in business results.

Responsibilities

• Step up as the manager in charge in the GM's absence, running seamless shifts and bringing our brand values to life.
• Lead front of house to deliver standout, 'feel-good' hospitality every day.
• Provide constructive feedback, develop the team, and keep morale high.
• Own the restaurant's curb appeal, maintain standards and safety.
• Work with the GM to monitor performance, manage financials, and track service metrics to improve over time.
