Toppesfield is seeking an experienced Asphalt Supervisor to join our Operations Team. You will oversee daily site operations and assist Contracts Managers in delivering surfacing projects across the UK.

The ideal candidate will have construction management qualifications, SMSTS, CSCS and hands-on asphalt/road laying experience, with strong leadership and client-relations skills. We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

Experience in infrastructure, highways or contracting sectors.
Construction Management qualification and valid health and safety certifications.
Proven ability to lead on-site teams and manage client relationships.
Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for surfacing projects.
Develop work plans and programmes; place orders for materials.
Coordinate with Contracts Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Communicate daily with crew and foremen; lead briefings on site.
Ensure work meets contract specifications and quality standards.
Monitor progress and address potential issues or hazards on site.
Complete daily site reports with measurements and issues observed.
