Job summary

Eurovia Surfacing in the UK is seeking an experienced Bituminous Surfacing Supervisor to oversee machine surfacing works across highway and infrastructure projects. You will lead site teams, coordinate plant and subcontractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to high quality standards.

The role requires proven supervision of bituminous machine surfacing, strong knowledge of Hot Rolled Asphalt (HRA) and Pre-Coated Chippings (PCC), and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising bituminous machine surfacing works.
• Strong knowledge of Hot Rolled Asphalt (HRA) and Pre-Coated Chippings (PCC).
• Experience on highways or major infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise bituminous machine surfacing operations on highway and infrastructure projects.
• Manage surfacing gangs, subcontractors, plant, and material resources.
• Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to client specifications.
• Oversee laying of HRA and application of PCC.
• Monitor quality, productivity and compliance; conduct site briefings and safety inspections.
• Coordinate with Contracts Managers, clients and operational teams.
• Maintain site records and daily documentation.
