Job summary

Toppesfield Limited is seeking an experienced Asphalt Supervisor to join the Operations Team. You will manage daily site operations and assist Contracts Managers in delivering surfacing projects.

The ideal candidate has experience in infrastructure, highways, or contracting sectors, with SMSTS, CSCS, and a Construction Management qualification. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.

• Lead and motivate on-site teams.
• Strong liaison with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for surfacing project.
• Develop work plans and programmes; place material orders.
• Communicate daily with Crew/Foreman; on-site presence.
• Supervise to highest standards per contract specifications.
• Monitor progress for quality and compliance.
• Conduct site inspections; address hazards and issues.
• Submit daily reports with dimensions and issues.
