The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Pharmacy Technician to join the Aseptic Services team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be registered with the GPhC and bring recent hospital experience, supporting aseptic preparation, dispensing and checking of products to ensure patient safety.

You will work within Preparative Services, supporting Medicines Management for Oncology Day Case Unit, with a focus on quality, documentation and training across shifts.

Qualifications

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent or BTEC National Certificate in Pharmacy Services.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Continued professional development (CPD) commitment.

Responsabilités

• Supervision and training of pharmacy staff while observing GMP.
• Aseptic manufacturing and preparation in sterile conditions.
• Prepare documentation for aseptic processing and regulatory compliance.
• Address queries and scheduling issues from hospital staff and patients.
• Final accuracy checking within Aseptic Services (ACT).
• Stock management for aseptic supplies to maintain service continuity.
• Contribute to quality management systems within the Aseptic Unit.
• Support Medicines Management Services for Oncology Day Case Unit and Georgina Ward.
