Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Lead Technician – Education and Training for Pharmacy Aseptic Services. The role focuses on developing the aseptic workforce, delivering induction and competency assessments, and maintaining training records to ensure GMP, PQS and national standards compliance.

Working with the Accountable Pharmacist and senior aseptic team, the post holder will identify training needs, provide coaching, and support continuous improvement in aseptic practice

Qualifications

• Deliver induction and competency assessments in aseptic services.
• Maintain training records and accreditation documentation.

Responsabilités

• Support planning, coordination and delivery of education and training programmes for staff in Aseptic Services.
• Deliver structured induction, practical training and competency assessments for new starters and rotational colleagues.
• Provide coaching, supervision and constructive feedback to staff to develop confidence and competence in aseptic practice.
• Contribute to development and review of training materials, SOPs and learning resources.
