Job summary

Prospero Teaching are recruiting for 2 ASD Specialists to join a specialist SEN school in Dudley, supporting pupils with EHCPs for ASD and complex needs. You will provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to help learners access learning and develop communication, social and independence skills.

The role is full-time, five days a week, with a focus on creating a safe, inclusive learning environment, working closely with teachers, SEN staff, families and external professionals to promote pupil

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with ASD or complex needs.
• Experience in SEN or specialist education setting preferred.
• Patient, empathetic and resilient with excellent communication skills.

ASD Specialists SEN School, Dudley Prospero are currently recruiting for 2 ASD Specialists to join a specialist SEN school in Dudley, supporting pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs.

You will work closely with pupils who require tailored support to access learning, develop communication and social skills, and build confidence and independence within a specialist school environment.
