Job summary

Confidential in Bromley is seeking an Autism Support Worker to join a SEN school starting September 2026. The role focuses on supporting pupils with autism and complex needs in a structured classroom, promoting cognitive, social, and emotional development.

A dynamic and growing SEN school in Bromley is seeking a dedicated Autism Support Worker to join their team and support pupils in a nurturing, well-equipped environment in September 2026.

Location: Bromley
Pay: £100-110 per day
Contract: Full-time

The Role

This is a full-time, long-term position starting after the summer break, with the potential to continue beyond the academic year.

As an Autism Support Worker, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils with autism and complex needs. You'll work in a structured, supportive classroom setting, helping students develop academically, socially, and emotionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • A genuine interest in supporting children with autism and SEN
  • A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
