Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking caring SEN Learning Support Assistants to join ASD-focused schools across South East London. You will support students with autism, adaptations to learning plans, and help develop communication and social skills.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time roles with ongoing training and clear pathways to permanent employment. An enhanced DBS and GCSEs in English and Maths are required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with special educational needs, ideally ASD, in schools, care, or youth settings.
• Understanding of autism, sensory processing differences, and communication challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated SEN team.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities
