Job summary

Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking an ASD Specialist Teaching Assistant for a large SEN School in Newham. You will support pupils with Autism, SLD, and SP&L, with some pupils verbal and others non-verbal.

This ASAP-start, long-term, full-time role offers a daily rate of £90–£110 and requires you to liaise with Class Teachers and SENDCO while delivering specialist interventions in a stimulating, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEN including Autism, SLD and SP&L.
• Transferable skills considered; direct school experience not required.
• must be resilient, patient and adaptable.

ASD Specialist Teaching Assistant SEN School Newham

A large SEN School based in Newham are on the hunt for an Autism Support Worker / SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs for an ASAP start.

You will be tasked with supporting a wide variation of needs including Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, Speech and Language and more! The students' needs vary in severity some will be verbal, some non-verbal.

If you have any experience with children aged 11+ SEN we would love to hear from you! This does not have to be direct school experience; any transferable skills will be considered.
