Job summary

Future Select is seeking a hands-on Asbestos Site Analyst in Basildon, Essex. You will conduct full air testing, 4-stage clearances, collect ACM samples, calibrate equipment and produce detailed reports.

The role requires BOHS P403/P404 or RSPH equivalents and strong knowledge of UKAS and HSG 248 guidelines, plus solid communication, literacy, numeracy and IT skills. Salary £27k-£40k with training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Robust technical knowledge of UKAS and HSG 248 guidelines.
• Must hold the BOHS P403, P404 or RSPH equivalents.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT proficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full air testing (personal, leak, smoke, background, personal and reassurance).
• Perform 4-stage air clearances of varying size and scope.
• Work across asbestos removals projects on site.
• Liaise with removals teams on site.
• Collect ACM samples for analysis.
• Carry out fibre counting and calibrate equipment.
• Perform visual inspections and produce detailed technical reports.

They are seeking someone who is qualified (either with the P403/P404 or RSPH equivalent) and able to hit the ground running. You will be working across a diverst portfolio of commercial, domestic and industrial removals projects, conducting clearances and full air monitoring.
