Job summary

Bimplus, a well-established environmental consultancy delivering asbestos services across the North East, seeks a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to support contracts in Newcastle and surrounding areas. You will conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264, perform air monitoring and 4-stage clearances, and prepare accurate, compliant reports for a range of sites.

The role offers a competitive salary (£38,000–£43,000 DOE), a company vehicle, overtime

Qualifications

• BOHS P402, P403, and P404 qualifications are required.
• Proven experience in a dual role within a UKAS accredited consultancy.
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance.
• Good IT and report writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys in line with HSG264.

• Work across commercial, industrial, and domestic sites.
• Produce accurate and compliant survey and analytical reports.
• Ensure all work complies with UKAS and HSE guidance.
