Future Select Recruitment seeks an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join a private consultancy operating across domestic, local authority and commercial premises. Expect travel across Milton Keynes and surrounding towns, producing technical reports and schematic drawings.

The candidate should hold BOHS P402 or RSPH, with strong UKAS-registered experience and solid HSG 264 knowledge. Excellent literacy and IT skills are required to communicate findings to clients clearly.

Formación

• Will be qualified with the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent.
• Strong experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor.
• Will have worked within a UKAS accredited company.
• Good working knowledge of HSG 264 guidelines.
• Excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Able to articulate technical matters to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Carrying out management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys.
• Conducting re-inspection surveys.
• Working across a range of domestic, local authority and commercial premises.
• Collecting ACM samples from site and delivering to the lab.
• Producing site-specific technical reports and schematic drawings.
• Contacting clients to provide advice on findings.
• Working to personal deadlines.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Location: Milton Keynes, Bedfordshire

Salary/Benefits: £27k - £43k + Training & Benefits

Our client is a privately-owned and professional Asbestos Consultancy, with a busy client portfolio, comprised of domestic, local authority and commercial premises. They are recruiting for a qualified Asbestos Surveyor, who has a proven track record within the industry, and would integrate well into their existing team. It is essential that applicants are confident in producing comprehensive technical reports and schematic drawings to reflect survey findings. The successful candidate can expect excellent base salaries, and packages (including: company vehicle, fuel expenses, pension scheme and annual leave allowance).

You will be travelling across: Milton Keynes, Towcester, Wellingborough, Rushden, Kettering, St Neots, Huntingdon, St Ives, Sandy, Biggleswade, Bedford, Letchworth Garden City, Royston, Hitchin, Luton, Leighton Buzzard, Brackley, Buckingham, Aylesbury, Stoke Mandeville, St Albans, Cambridge, Watford, Oxford, Didcot, Thame, Bishop's Stortford, Peterborough, Spalding.
