Job summary

Future Select Limited is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor based in Enfield, North London. The role involves conducting Management, Refurbishment, Demolition and Reinspection surveys, providing specialist technical advice to clients, and producing detailed asbestos reports.

You will collect ACM samples on site and deliver them to the lab, while ensuring strict safety guidelines are followed. Applicants should hold the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent and have experience with UKAS accredited environments,

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent required.
• Worked for a UKAS Accredited company.
• Good working knowledge of HSG 264.
• Confident in IT software.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy working on commercial sites.

Responsibilities

You will need the BOHS P402 or equivalent and have a strong work history as an asbestos surveyor, able to liaise with clients providing technical advice, completing asbestos surveys and collecting ACM samples.
