TipTopJob is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a growing workload across Hertfordshire and the surrounding Home Counties. The role focuses on surveys for domestic, commercial and public sector properties, with a stable workload and long-term prospects.

Ideal candidates hold BOHS P402, a full UK driving licence, and have proven asbestos surveyor experience with strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and HSG264.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 (essential).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor.
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and HSG264 guidance.
• Professional, organised, and reliable.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys.
• Conducting bulk sampling across a range of property types.
• Producing accurate, compliant survey reports in line with HSG264.
• Managing workload efficiently across multiple sites.
• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with HSE guidance and company procedures.
• Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

A well:established UKAS:accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a growing workload across Hertfordshire and the surrounding Home Counties.
