Job summary

Golden Fox Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Asbestos Surveyor in Greater London (Bromley area) to join our surveying team. You will conduct Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys across residential and commercial sites, with support from an experienced team and realistic workloads.

We expect BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent, independent work ethic, tablet-based reporting proficiency, and a full UK driving licence for site travel.

Qualifications

• BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent.
• Experience delivering Management and R&D asbestos surveys.
• Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently.
• Confident using tablet-based reporting systems.
• Full UK driving licence with the flexibility to commute across sites.

A well-established, independently owned asbestos management consultancy based in London is continuing to grow and is now looking to add an Asbestos Surveyor to it's surveying team. The business works on housing and commercial contracts across the M25 and is known for taking a sensible, quality-driven approach to asbestos surveying. Workloads are realistic, management support is there when you need it and the focus is very much on doing the job properly rather than rushing through sites. This role will involve carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys across a range of residential and commercial projects. You'll be trusted to manage your day-to-day work while being supported by an experienced and approachable team.
