Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their South East team. The role involves travel across Kent, Essex and London, undertaking the full range of asbestos surveying duties for a variety of public and private sector sites.

The ideal candidate will hold BOHS P402 or an equivalent RSPH qualification, be confident with handheld tablets, and have good knowledge of HSG 264. A full driving license is required. Salary £30k–£42k plus training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience undertaking asbestos surveying duties.
• Confident in using handheld tablets and TEAMS/TRACKER software.
• Good working knowledge of HSG 264.
• Strong client-facing communication.
• Full driving license.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Undertake Management, Refurbishment, Demolition and Reinspection surveys to Domestic, Commercial & Industrial properties & sites.
• Collecting site data using TEAMS / TRACKER software.
• Producing accurate, comprehensive asbestos reports.
• Answering technical queries and providing specialist consultancy advice to clients.

Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Location: Dartford, Kent.

Friendly and professional asbestos consultancy, with offices across the UK, are currently recruiting for an experienced asbestos surveyor to join their South East team. The successful candidate will be travelling across the Kent / Essex / London area, undertaking the full range of asbestos surveying duties to a range of public and private sector client sites. This is a good opportunity to join a privately owned UKAS Consultancy, with a family feel, who can offer regional contracts and structured training plans.

Successful candidate will be travelling across the London and southern counties and locations considered include (but not limited to): Dartford, Bromley, Erith, Bexleyheath, Swanley, Orpington, Sidcup, Rochester, Sevenoaks, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Croydon, Rainham, Dagenham, Grays, Tilbury, Dagenham, Barking, Hornchurch, Romford, London.

Experience:

• BOHS P402 or equivalent RSPH qualification.


• Experience undertaking asbestos surveying duties.


• Confident in using hand held tablets and associated software.


• Good working knowledge of HSG 264.


• Good client facing skill with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.


• Full driving License.


• Good attention to detail.
