A dual-qualified professional with BOHS qualifications will thrive in a structured, supportive environment. Salary £39,000–£43,000 (DOE) with a comprehensive benefits package including a company vehicle or car allowance, 25 days leave plus bank
Qualifications
- BOHS P402, P403 & P404 (essential).
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience in a dual Surveyor / Analyst role.
- Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and compliance.
- Professional, organised and reliable.
- Strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys.
- Undertaking air monitoring, including 4-stage clearances and reoccupation certification.
- Conducting bulk sampling and ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Producing accurate, compliant reports in line with HSG264 and HSG248.
- Managing workload effectively across multiple sites.
- Liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams.
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality control.
