Job summary

Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing (MTVH) is seeking an experienced ASB Officer to lead complex tenancy enforcement cases across Wembley and the surrounding region. You will investigate anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud, and breaches of tenancy, working with residents, legal services, police and partner agencies to secure positive outcomes.

• Significant experience managing complex anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement cases.
• Strong understanding of housing law, tenancy management and enforcement powers.

ASB Officer internally known as a Tenancy Enforcement Lead

Location: Wembley, North West London (with travel across the Region)

Salary: £41,236 - £43,406 based on 37.5hrs per week - Permanent

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour, Community Safety or Housing Enforcement professional to take ownership of some of our most complex and sensitive tenancy enforcement cases.

You will lead investigations into serious anti-social behaviour, tenancy fraud and breaches of tenancy, working closely with residents, legal services, local authorities, police and other partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes and help make our neighbourhoods safer places to live.

This is a highly visible role requiring strong investigative skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage complex cases from initial report through to court action and resolution.

To meet our commitment to providing safe, high-quality services to our customers we will complete a Basic background check with the Disclosure and Barring Service once an offer of employment is made. This will be renewed on a 3 year basis and the cost of this service is paid for by MTVH.
