Job summary

Mtvh in Wembley is seeking a Tenancy Enforcement Lead to own complex anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement caseloads, leading investigations and coordinating with residents, legal services, local authorities, police and partner agencies.

You will manage cases from initial report through to court action, using strong judgment and evidence-led analysis while delivering a victim-focused, responsive service to vulnerable residents across our communities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement cases.
• Strong understanding of housing law, tenancy management and enforcement powers.
• Experience preparing evidence for legal proceedings and attending court.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with external agencies.
• Strong report-writing and case management skills.
• Resilient and customer-focused approach.
• Confidence to make decisions in challenging and sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Leading investigations into complex and high-risk anti-social behaviour cases.
• Managing tenancy fraud investigations and unlawful occupation cases.
• Gathering and assessing evidence to support legal action.
• Preparing witness statements, court documentation and legal case files.
• Attending court hearings and supporting enforcement activity where required.
• Building effective relationships with police, local authorities, support agencies and safeguarding partners.
• Providing specialist advice and support to Housing Colleagues on tenancy enforcement matters.
• Ensuring residents affected by anti-social behaviour receive a responsive, victim-focused service.
