Job summary

Compass Group UK is seeking an F&B Event Lead for NEC, Utilita Arena in Birmingham to plan and deliver retail food and beverage operations across events. You will own event planning, forecasting, labour deployment, and commercial performance to ensure safe, efficient, and profitable outcomes with an outstanding guest experience.

This full-time role requires leadership of casual and permanent teams, real-time decision making to maximise revenue, strict adherence to food safety and safety

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in high-volume hospitality, stadium or arena environments.
• Strong forecasting and budget management skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to drive revenue, control costs and optimise guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail F&B operations during events across both arenas.
• Coordinate forecasts, labour plans and stock requirements.
• Monitor trading performance and optimise revenue and guest satisfaction in real time.
• Ensure all outlets are compliant with food safety, health & safety standards.
