Compass Group UK is seeking a skilled Logistics Manager for Utilita Arena Birmingham. The role covers end-to-end logistics, stock management, and event replenishment to ensure products are available in the right place, at the right time and in the right quantity.

You will own stock, ordering, deliveries and compliance, coordinating with Retail, Premium and Culinary teams to align with the event plan and guest experience. Competitive benefits are provided.

Formación

• Experience in logistics, stock control and inventory management.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-site hospitality or events is desirable.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how stock and availability impact profitability.

Responsabilidades

• Own stock management across both arenas, maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring availability aligns with event demand.
• Own ordering across both arenas, tailoring orders to event profiles and historic data.
• Develop event-by-event logistics and replenishment plans.
• Use stock and sales information to improve gross profit and reduce waste.
• Lead the Logistics teams across both arenas and set clear responsibilities and standards.
• Ensure storage areas are secure, compliant and that receiving/delivery checks are robust.
