Job summary

BardWood is seeking Area Support Officers to patrol a busy retail store in Barton-On-Humber to help ensure the safety of staff and customers. You will monitor entry and exit points and respond to incidents using theft-detection devices.

The role requires a valid SIA license, a 5-year verifiable work history, and the ability to work under pressure. The position offers a permanent transfer after 12 weeks and a range of employee benefits upon transfer.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling the Retail Store Premises.
• Investigating Disturbances, monitoring entry/exit points.
• Confidently calling for help in emergency situations and operating theft-detecting devices.
• Effectively dealing with large crowds and building positive customer relations.

Shift Timings – Must be fully flexible as per clients requirements

You will be working in a well-known retail store, which holds various stock. Officers are responsible for providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike.
