This role involves providing technical consulting to architects and contractors, preparing specifications, and establishing strategic partnerships. Area Specification Manager

Commercial – South East

in fulltime and unlimited for the South East region.

• Technical and commercial consulting of architects, focusing on the Fermacell range and supporting contractors through the building process in the dry lining / timber frame sector
• Collaborating with other UK Teams and promotion the full JH range including Hardie Façade.
• Processing and preparation of specifications, detailed technical solutions, etc.
• Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and growing the project pipeline.
• Active customer advice and support in all key matters, as well as instruction and verification of the work of processors
• Participation in regional and national construction and trade fairs
• Acquisition of new customers (search and evaluation of potential objects), competition monitoring (incl. market analyses and observations) and trend analyses

You are...

• smart? You have completed a technical/engineering degree or comparable training with several years of professional experience as well as sound knowledge in the field of building materials (drywall or facade).
