Job summary

KONE is looking for a Service Engineer to join our team in the Greater London area. You will service, maintain and fault-find on escalators and lifts, ensuring safe, reliable operation for our customers across your local area.

You will carry out planned maintenance, attend breakdowns, complete repairs, and ensure equipment meets safety and quality standards while working independently with support from the KONE team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Lifts Engineering or equivalent.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience working within the lifts industry.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• A strong focus on safety and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned maintenance and servicing on lifts.
• Attending breakdowns and diagnosing faults.
• Completing repairs and minor works.
• Ensuring equipment meets safety and quality standards.
• Providing a great service to our customers.
• Working independently while being supported by your wider KONE team.
