Job summary

Rotaflow Global Ltd is seeking an Area Sales Representative to cover the South West region, including Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas. You will build and manage a portfolio of accounts, complete hire contracts and sales, and travel to 6-8 customer visits daily.

This role offers a salary of £35,000-£45,000 plus 10% on-target bonus, a company car (hybrid), enhanced pension, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, and strong training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years' experience in field sales, account management or business development.
• Track record of developing accounts and business across a region.
• Clear drive to succeed and grow sales.
• Enjoy working to targets and within a small team.

Responsibilities

• Complete hire contracts and sales of construction equipment such as scaffolding, access towers and temporary fencing.
• Effectively manage and grow a portfolio of accounts across a defined region.

• Increase sales with existing and new customers by developing strong relationships.

Our client is a £200million+ turnover market leading supplier of non-mechanical hire and sales equipment who have a track record of high investment into employees.

As an area sales representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding the client base. Your ability to understand client needs, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and provide exceptional customer service will be key to your success.

Area Sales Representative - Role & Responsibilities

Experience required

• 1-5 years' experience in field sales, account management or business development. This role would suit candidates from the Construction, Hire, Building Supply, Safety, Tooling, PPE, Distribution, Consumables selling to sectors such as Commercial, Temporary Works, Construction, Retail, Contractors & Consultants, Industrial, Utilities and Civil Engineers
• A track record of developing accounts and business across a region
• A clear drive and desire to succeed and grow sales
• Enjoy working to targets and within a small team

Must be located across the South West of England. The territory covers Bristol, Weston-super-mare, Bath, Bridgwater, Taunton, Warminster and surrounding areas. This role will suit candidates who enjoy sales and regularly speaking with a variety of customers and solving their problems.

You will receive in depth training and support while you start with the company and excellent opportunities for progression into sales management or a more senior sales role with further responsibility will be available.
