Job summary

Mitchell Maguire in Northern Ireland is seeking an Area Sales Manager – Windows & Doors to drive commercial sales of windows and related products, targeting contractors, housebuilders, developers and architects.

You will cover Portadown and surrounding areas, work with internal teams, and be rewarded with a £40k–£50k base plus bonuses and car benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have field sales experience in the construction sector.
• Must have commercial experience selling to contractors, housebuilders, developers & architects.
• Ideally within the fenestration, windows & glazing sector but open to other building products you’ve sold.
• Driven, target focussed and a team player.
• Analytical thinker.

Responsibilities

• Commercial sales position selling the supply and installation of windows and associated products.
• Focusing on commercial projects such as hotels, student accommodation and retail sectors.
• All time spent selling to contractors, housebuilders, developers & architects.
• Turnover target to be confirmed based on experience and market.
• Projects will be allocated but you’ll be expected to generate new business.

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Windows & Doors will involve:

• Commercial sales position selling the supply and installation of windows and associated products
• Focusing on commercial projects such as; hotels, student accusation and retail sectors
• All of your time will be spent selling to contractors, housebuilders, developers & architects
• Turnover target tbc depending on experience
• Will be given projects however will be expected to generate new business
• Great internal support and cross selling opportunities
